A native Texan and graduate of Texas Tech University, Alli has lived in Barcelona, New York, and Los Angeles, building a far-reaching global network and a deep appreciation for connection, design, and high-level service.

 

Since joining Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020 with her mother and business partner, Cindi Caudle, Alli has become one of Dallas’s top-producing agents. Together, their Caudle Bush Real Estate has closed over $200 million in transactions, earning recognition from D Magazine’s “D Best” every year. Alli was the recipient of the Briggs Freeman Rising Star Award, and has served as a BFSIR Ambassador.

 

Alli represents properties across the city’s most coveted neighborhoods, including an exciting development project, Knox Villas — a new collection of twelve bespoke homes in the Knox District, designed by SHM Architects and Studio Thomas James, starting in the mid-$4 millions.

 

Beyond real estate, Alli is a published author, certified wellness coach, and creative producer. She has a passion for interior design, the Dallas dining scene, and writing. She and her husband, Andy Bush, enjoy Katy Trail walks through their beloved Knox neighborhood, traveling the world, and entertaining at home with their Australian Shepherd, Buddy.
