About Cindi Caudle

A proud Texas native, Cindi Caudle has spent two decades serving her clients with a genuine love for helping people buy and sell their homes. Known for her full-concierge approach and impeccable market insight, she has cultivated deep expertise in the Dallas–Fort Worth luxury market and beyond — representing clients across Texas.

 

Cindi has become a trusted authority in Dallas’ high-rise and new-development sectors, collaborating closely with developers to position, market, and sell luxury homes at the highest level. She has co-listed the world-class HALL Arts Residences in the Dallas Arts District and, and most recently, representing Knox Villas — a collection of twelve bespoke homes in the heart of the Knox District, one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

 

In 2020, Cindi partnered with her daughter Alli Caudle Bush to form Caudle Bush Real Estate at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. Together, they’ve closed over $200 million in sales and have been named to D Magazine’s “D Best” every year since.

 

Deeply rooted in her community, Cindi and her husband, Craig Caudle, are proud members of a multi-generational Dallas family. When she’s not guiding clients or touring the city’s finest homes, she enjoys interior design, gardening, cooking, and time with her family — Alli and Andy Bush, Corbin and Maggie Caudle, and her new grandson, Casey Caudle. Her work and life are guided by warmth, faith, and the belief that every home tells a story worth celebrating.
